This Monoclone, Dijon 777, was harvested at midnight and field sorted. It was aged 11 months in 100% French Oak (25% new). Sonatera is one of those unique vineyard sites that truly exemplifies the Soliste philosophy and style. The hilltop vineyard has three different exposures, facing north, south, and west.
